The Refurbishment Process
Sourcing
We source our devices from reputable corporate partners, carriers, and direct consumer trade-ins. We only accept devices with a clean history.
Data Wipe & Reset
Every device undergoes a secure, certified data wipe to ensure no previous user data remains, followed by a complete factory reset.
72-Point Diagnostic Test
Our technicians test everything: battery health (must be 80%+), screen responsiveness, cameras, microphones, speakers, buttons, and connectivity (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Cellular).
Cleaning & Grading
Devices are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and graded based on their cosmetic condition (As New, Excellent, Good) so you know exactly what you’re getting.
