30-Day Change of Mind Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a device just isn’t the right fit. That’s why we offer a 30-day “change of mind” return policy from the date your order is delivered.

If you decide you no longer want the device within this 30-day period, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange for a different model.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • The device must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The device must be in the same condition as when it was received (e.g., no new physical damage, scratches, or cracks).
  • All original accessories (e.g., charging cable, SIM tool) must be included in the return package.
  • The device must be fully reset to factory settings.
  • Crucial: All activation locks (such as Apple iCloud/Find My iPhone, Samsung Reactivation Lock, or Google Account Lock) MUST be removed before returning the device. We cannot process a refund or exchange for a locked device.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the returns process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@theonlyphoneyouneed.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will verify your eligibility and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Securely package the device and all accessories in the original box (or a sturdy alternative). Ensure the device is reset and unlocked.
  4. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post outlet.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, our technicians will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. This inspection process typically takes 1-3 business days.

If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s processing times.

Faulty or Damaged Items (Warranty Claims)

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault outside of the 30-day change of mind period but within the 12-month warranty period, please refer to our support@theonlyphoneyouneed.com.
