At The Only Phone You Need, we know you’re excited to receive your new device. We’ve partnered with Australia’s leading couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times & Costs within Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. We also offer express shipping for those who need their device sooner.

Carriers Used

We primarily use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries to ensure reliable service to all areas, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For certain large or bulky orders, we may utilize StarTrack or Toll.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

Signature on Delivery

For your security, all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel from a local post office or depot.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
